Wait List Procedure for Dry Storage

• Applicant does not have to own a boat
• Current copy of registration (if applicable)
• Current copy of insurance (if applicable)
• Copy of driver's license
• Deposit equal to one month basic rent of measured size
• Applicant to bring boat in to Embarcadero Marina to be measured
• Applicant may measure if it is too much trouble
• Tip to tip, including swim step and trailer tongue
• If applicant does not own a boat, estimate size by adding 3' to boat factory size
• Embarcadero Marina will apply Waiting List Deposit to the Security Deposit when applicant signs Boat Storage Agreement
• Waiting List Deposit is fully refundable upon applicant's written request
